The Legazpi City Triskelion Alumni Organization handles member data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
We keep only what the chapter needs to run membership, mutual aid and contributions: your name, member ID, username, contact details you give the secretary, and your own contribution records.
The public fund ledger shows amounts and dates only, never names. Officers see who an entry belongs to so they can verify it. Your password is stored scrambled and no one, including officers, can read it.
You may ask the chapter secretary to see, correct or delete your record at any time.
